This is an opportunity to combine your existing diploma or degree with Applied Service Management which may increase your employability or opportunity for promotion.
You can attend this online training outside of normal work hours and enhance your career. The courses are grouped in pairs of two. They are offered during three twelve-week timeframes. This allows the course to be completed in nine months.
To participate in this online training, students must have a functional capability in word processing, e-mail and internet usage. They also need to meet the following minimum computer requirements:
